Introducing Snip Tips!
Today we added a new category called “Snip Tips” to this website.
Snip Tips are not detailed instructions such our tutorial on Building your own WordPress knowledge base. Instead they provide a quick answer to the question “How do I snip this web page with PageSnip?”.
Some of these mini-tutorials will be posted in response to E-mails from PageSnip users. They might be having problems snipping a particular website or haven’t yet discovered that there is more than one way to snip a page. Others will be added to show how to use PageSnip on a web site that simply caught the eye of one of our team members.
In preparing each Snip Tip, first we visit the website and examine the page. Then we will use different PageSnip techniques to snip the content. Afterwards we will write a brief set of instructions and use screen shots to illustrate what we consider to be the best method.
Caution: contents may shift while the Internet is in motion
The Internet is a big place and it is certainly a work in progress. Websites get updated often and the way pages are constructed is subject to change. This means that from time to time one of our tutorials may not work as expected or it may link to a page that no longer exists.
If you want to report a problem with a Snip Tip, or request one of your own, use the Contact Us form at the PageSnip website.
We hope you enjoy these Snip Tips and find them useful.
